Terms of use.
The ground rules for using this site — including what our published numbers promise, and what they don't.

What this covers
These terms cover your use of this website. Actual engagements — builds, sprints, retainers — are governed by the written agreement we sign together, which always takes precedence over anything here.
Our content and your use of it
Everything we publish here — guides, articles, case studies, page copy — is ours (or used with permission). Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Don't republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
Cost guides and published numbers
We publish real ranges and real prices because vague answers waste everyone's time. But every product is different: the numbers in our guides are honest general guidance, not a quote for your project. The only figure on this site that is a firm offer is the Scoping Sprint price on its own page — and what that includes is spelled out there.
The Scoping Sprint
The Scoping Sprint is a fixed-price, fixed-scope engagement described on its page: prototype, technical plan, and a fixed quote for the build, with the sprint fee credited if you build with us. Booking one is subject to a short agreement we send before we start — the page describes the offer; the agreement makes it binding.
No warranties on website content
We keep this site accurate and current, but technology moves and posts age. Content is provided as-is: it's professional experience shared in good faith, not advice you should bet the company on without talking to someone (us or anyone competent) about your specific situation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. For client engagements, liability is defined in the engagement contract, not here.
Third-party services
The site embeds a few third-party services (analytics, call booking, spam protection) described in the Privacy Policy, and links out to services like Clutch and GitHub. Their sites, their terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Questions — use the contact details in the footer. Governing law: India; courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction.
