Know exactly what you're building — and what it costs — in 2 weeks.

The Product Scoping Sprint turns your idea into a clickable prototype, a technical plan and a fixed quote for the build. Fully credited if we build together. Yours to keep either way.

Why a sprint

Hiring a dev team cold is a leap of faith.

Quotes vary wildly because everyone is guessing at scope, and you can't tell who actually understood your product until you're months in. The sprint replaces that leap with a small, fixed first step — you see exactly how we think, design and plan before committing to a build.

What you get in 2 weeks

Deliverables
  1. 01

    A clickable prototype

Your product's core journey, ready to put in front of users, advisors or investors.

  2. 02

    A technical plan

Architecture, data model and stack choices, written so a technical advisor can audit them.

  3. 03

    A ruthless scope

The feature list for version one, what we cut, and why each cut makes you faster.

  4. 04

    A fixed quote & timeline

A number for the build, not a range.

How the two weeks run

Process
  1. 01

    Week 1

    Workshops & design

Two focused workshops to pin down goals, users and the riskiest assumptions, then we design the core flows.

  2. 02

    Week 2

    Prototype & plan

We build the clickable prototype, write the technical plan, and scope the build line by line.

  3. 03

    Final session

    The handover

We walk you through everything, answer the hard questions, and hand over the fixed quote. Then you decide — with us or without us.

Fit

Who it's for

Founders with a validated idea who want to build it properly, and teams adding a major new product line. It's not for ideas still looking for a problem — we'll tell you on the intro call if a sprint is premature, because a sprint that shouldn't happen helps neither of us.

Questions

Frequently asked

What if I don't continue with you after the sprint?

Then you've bought a prototype, a technical plan and a realistic budget for a fraction of what discovering them mid-build costs. Everything is documented for any competent team to pick up. No hard feelings — genuinely.

Is the quote at the end binding?

Yes — that's the point of the sprint. Because we've scoped it properly, we can commit to a fixed number instead of a guess with padding.

Can we do it remotely across time zones?

Yes — all our sprint clients are remote. Workshops are scheduled in your working hours (we work comfortably with Australia, the UK and North America), and everything is documented asynchronously.

What do you need from me?

Roughly 4–6 hours across the two weeks: two workshops, async feedback on the prototype, and the final session.

My idea is confidential.

We sign an NDA before the first workshop, as standard.

What happens after I book the intro call?

15 minutes to hear what you're building and confirm a sprint makes sense. If it does, we schedule week one — usually within two weeks. No sales process.

Two weeks from idea to plan.
