We pin down goals, users and the riskiest assumptions, then agree a ruthless version-one scope. For larger builds this is a paid Scoping Sprint that ends in a fixed quote.

Design
We design the core flows and the data model together, so the interface and the architecture are decided before a line of production code is written.
Output: clickable prototype, data model
Build
Senior engineers build in two-week cycles. Every cycle ends with working software in a staging environment and a short demo — you steer as it takes shape.
Output: working software, every 2 weeks
Quality & security
Code review on every change, automated tests on the critical paths, dependency scanning and environment isolation. Quality is part of the build, not a phase bolted on at the end.
Output: reviewed, tested, hardened code
Launch
We ship to production, wire up monitoring and hand over the keys — repositories, infrastructure and documentation, all in your name.
Output: live product, full handover
Support & iterate
After launch we stay on for support and the next round of features, or hand off cleanly to your in-house team. Your call, either way.
Output: a partner or a clean exit
