Privacy, plainly.
No forty-page scroll of boilerplate. This is what we actually collect, why, and how to make us stop.

The short version
We collect the minimum we need to run this website and respond when you contact us. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
What we collect, and why
Depending on how you use the site:
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. It sets cookies and records usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We use it in aggregate; we don't try to identify you from it.
- Contact and quote forms — name, email, and whatever you write about your project. Used only to reply to you and scope the work you asked about.
- Scoping Sprint / call bookings — bookings run through Cal.com's embedded widget; the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) are handled by Cal.com and shared with us so we can hold the call.
- Career applications — name, contact details, CV and your answers to application questions. Used only for hiring. Application forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical signals to block spam.
- Server logs — like nearly every website, our servers log IP addresses and requests for security and debugging, retained briefly and rotated automatically.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting personal data — to anyone, ever.
- No third-party advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No adding you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Who we share data with
Only the processors named above (Google Analytics, Cal.com, Google reCAPTCHA) and the infrastructure our site and email run on. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. If we engage with you as a client, anything you share is additionally covered by NDA on request — see our Security page.
Client project data
Data inside products we build for clients belongs to the client and is governed by our contract with them (including a signed DPA where EU personal data is involved) — not by this website policy.
How long we keep things
Form submissions and emails: as long as the conversation (or engagement) stays live, then archived or deleted on request. Career applications: up to 12 months so we can reach out when a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics: per GA4's standard retention settings.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we'll do it. If you're in the EU/UK, these are your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) and they apply here. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
